Hundreds have been left homeless after the tragic blaze swept through the tower block and at least 30 have been officially confirmed as dead with the number expected to rise over the coming days.
Today, Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes got an insight into celebrity houses with American estate agent, Leonard Steinberg.
The trio explored the luxurious places on the market at the moment, such as Jon Bon Jovi’s rooftop flat, Elvis Presley’s waterside retreat and Donald Trump’s beach abode.
However, This Morning viewers flocked to Twitter to comment on the “disgusting” segment, noting that it was “distasteful” in light of the London disaster.
One wrote: “Isn’t it a bit insensitive showing celebrities multimillion pound houses for sale when 140 families have lost theirs #ThisMorning.” (sic)
Another agreed, adding: “V poor taste, showing these obscene places when ppl in London have just experienced HELL ON EARTH!! SHAME ON U!!! #This Morning.” (sic)
A third commented: #ThisMorning is this segment of the show really appropriate considering the amount of people who have just lost their homes? #disgusting.”
A fourth said: “How thoughtful of #ThisMorning showing all these multi million dollar houses for sale after the Tower block inferno! Shameful!”
