And Tamara Ecclestone showed her close bond with Sophia, three, as they cuddled up together at the launch of her new parenting brand Fifi & Friends at Claridges in London on Friday.
The Formula One heiress, 32, looked summer chic in a floral maxi dress as she was also joined at the event by 28-year-old sister Petra.

Showing off her toned figure in the feminine frock, Tamara also flashed a hint of leg through the dress’s thigh-high split.
She teamed the elegant dress with a pair of pastel blue heels, while keeping her other accessories to a minimum.
Wearing her brunette tresses down in loose waves, she accentuated her eyes with lashings of mascara, adding a rose-tinted lipstick to finish.

Meanwhile supportive sister Petra displayed her slender frame in a striped midi dress, which she teamed with a pair of black heeled sandals.
Pulling her blonde tresses back into a high pony tail, she finished off the chic look with a bold coral lipstick.
But it was little Sophia who stole the limelight in a pale blue frock, flashing a cheeky smile as she mingled with the other children.

The launch event comes after Tamara hit back at critics who said she should no longer be breastfeeding Sophia, who she shares with husband Jay Rutland.
With the likes of model Jodie Kidd recently weighing in on the debate, Tamara said she believes only a mother knows what is best for her children.
Speaking on This Morning, she revealed: ‘Everything comes with its critics. As a mum we want to do what’s best for your kids.

‘People are focused about breastfeeding – yet no one worries when people are going to take dummies or comforters away from kids. My intention was not to breastfeed till past three but I know one day she’ll be done.’
The star also revealed that she lets Sophia decide when she is ‘ready’ for big life changes, vowing to apply the same rule to breastfeeding.
‘I potty trained until when I thought she was ready. She only went to nursery when she showed signs she was ready’, she said.

‘That day I sat in the car for three hours with Jay. I was part happy and proud and part sad. I feel like she’s never craved for attention so she knows I’m always going be there.’
Tamara also said sharing a bed with her daughter hasn’t killed off her sex life with husband Jay.
She said: ‘It makes you be more creative and inventive with your love life. We’re lucky that we’re the same, Sophia is our priority.

‘It might not be for everyone. Everyone has different relationships and I hate to judge people.’
She revealed that she originally had every intention of giving Sophia her own bed, but a health scare as a baby meant they have always slept together.
‘She slept next to my bed when she was first born, then she got fever after injections so she slept with me that night’, she explained.
‘And here we are two years later. She’s never had a cot. I set her to bed at 6 and barricade the bed with pillows so she says safe and make sure doors are open – then I go watch TV, dinner and then have an early night myself.’
